Meeting Called to Order by Chairman Cook at 6:30 p.m.

NEW BUSINESS:
Annual Town Meeting Warrant – Discussion of Motions:
The Board of Selectmen met with Town Counsel, Patrick Costello for the purpose of reviewing matters pertaining to the Annual Town Meeting Warrant.
A revised motion pertaining to Cape Drive and the appropriation of $259,423.20 to the Cape Drive Roadways Account was distributed.
A brief discussion followed with regards to the article pertaining to the appropriation of Community Preservation Act funds. The motion to be read into the record would reserve from the FY 2011 estimated Community Preservation revenues, $136,767.43 for affordable community housing purposes, $136,767.43 for historic resource purposes, and $1,094,139.42 to the FY 2011 Community Preservation Fund Budgeted Reserve.
The Selectmen were in receipt of recommendations from the Planning Board on Zoning Articles #9, and #11, and Town Road Taking Articles #8 and #10.
Being no further business, the Board motioned to adjourn.

Motion made by Selectman Richardson to adjourn at 6:34 p.m.
Motion seconded by Selectman Sherman.
VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0.
